Lifetime Warranty Policy for Maven Lane LLC
Thank you for choosing Maven Lane LLC for your furniture needs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products that are built to last. As a testament to our dedication to customer satisfaction, we offer a lifetime warranty on the construction and function of all our pieces.
Warranty Coverage:
1.1 Maven Lane LLC warrants that all furniture pieces sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the original owner's lifetime.
1.2 This warranty covers any structural defects or malfunctions that occur as a result of normal use of the furniture within residential environments.
1.3 The warranty extends to the original purchaser of the furniture and is non-transferable.
Warranty Exclusions:
2.1 This lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- a) Accidental spills, stains, or damage to fabrics.
- b) Abuse, misuse, or negligence.
- c) Acts of nature, such as floods, fires, or earthquakes.
- d) Alterations or modifications made to the furniture by the customer or any third party.
- e) Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or fading due to exposure to sunlight.
2.2 Fabric-specific warranties, if any, are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the fabric manufacturer and are separate from this lifetime warranty.
Warranty Claim Process:
3.1 In the event that you encounter a covered issue with your Maven Lane furniture, please contact our customer service team within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.
3.2 Proof of purchase, such as an original sales receipt or order confirmation, will be required to initiate a warranty claim.
3.3 Maven Lane LLC reserves the right to inspect and verify the reported defect before approving any warranty claim.
3.4 If a covered defect is found, Maven Lane LLC will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective part or product.
3.5 Maven Lane LLC will cover the cost of shipping any replacement parts or products within the contiguous United States. For customers outside this area, additional shipping charges may apply.
Limitations:
4.1 Maven Lane LLC's liability under this lifetime warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or products as described in Section 3.
4.2 In no event shall Maven Lane LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the furniture, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
